Usually 25 –30 people gather when there is a chocolate tasting in the cafe “Chocolate capital”. The chocolate is melting while the people are coming. Various forms with nuts, cream, shavings, and marzipans are put on the marble table. The master of chocolate tells a short story about the strain and history of chocolate.
Before making chocolate sweets, everyone can taste the melted chocolate. Then the empty forms are filling with hot chocolate cream. Guests are allowed to try to make chocolate sweets themselves, organizers always have onetime slips and caps.
